Milk thistle extract
Milk thistle, known in Chinese as silymarin, is an herb that has been used for thousands of years. Milk Thistle contains flavonoids, which can promote protein synthesis by anti-oxidative stress. Milk thistle extract prevents harmful substances from entering liver cells and helps clear toxins from liver cells, including countering the harmful effects of alcohol on the liver.
